Delete your Youth Card account

You can permanently delete your Youth Card account in the app or request deletion by email. Deletion cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in and open My Card.
2. Scroll to Account Deletion and select Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion. When it succeeds, you are signed out.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@youthcard.eu with the subject Youth Card account deletion. Tell us which email address or phone number is linked to your account so we can identify it. Requests sent by email are handled manually. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder. Do not send your password.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your account and all information that identifies you, including the personal details associated with your account. It is permanent. You cannot currently request deletion of individual pieces of account data while keeping the account.

Statistical records of visits to activities remain. These may include your age and gender if you provided them, but they are no longer linked to your account or other identifying account information. There is no fixed expiry for these remaining statistical records.
