Youth Card support

For help with the Youth Card app, email info@youthcard.eu. We can help with account access, your card, activities, benefits, and technical problems.

To help us understand a problem, tell us which device you use, what you were trying to do, and any error message you saw. Do not email your password.

To permanently delete your account, follow the instructions on Delete your Youth Card account. You can also request deletion by emailing us, even if you cannot use the app.
